The qualifying learner is capable of:
1.) Specifying objectives.
2.) Formulating a plan.
3.) Co-ordinating people and other resources.
4.) Implementing the plan to meet objectives.
5.) Evaluating results and making corrections and improvements.
|Entry Requirements:||Learners should be competent in Communication and Mathematical Literacy at NQF Level 3.|
